La Versenne has over 15 years of experience in building, decorating and renovating houses from basement to loft. We are capable of accomplishing almost every job. For a couple of years we have been acquainted with the Morvandese style of constructing houses and are familiar with the problems one can face when renovating an old fermette. Since the spring of 2005 we have moved our knowledge and experience to the Morvan.

Procedure
Before we agree an order or project you will want to be informed in a clear and concise manner of all the costs and the timeline of the project.
We make clear arrangements so we can perform on budget, in time, every time. For every building project we agree a price in advance and put it in writing. The start and delivery dates of the project are agreed upon in accordance with our customer’s wishes and set in advance.
Simple and clear communications with our customers is our strength. With us you can make clear agreements as to the details of the work, the price and the quality of the materials. This way you will always know where you stand and there will be no surprises mid-project.
Guarantee
In accordance with French legislation, we are insured for damage that occurs as a result of our operations for a period of up to 10 years after the delivery of the work.
